ISIS Suicide Bomber Kills 10 in Istanbul, Turkey Attack

At lease ten people were killed when a suspected member of the Islamic State (IS) group  detonated an explosive in Istanbul, Turkey, Tuesday morning. According to a reliable source, out of ten people killed, at least eight of them German tourists.

The blast occured between the Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque tourist attractions. 
Fifteen people were wounded, many of them also German.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Turkey was the "top target for all terrorist groups in the region".
Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said: "We have determined that the perpetrator of the attack is a foreigner who is a member of Daesh [IS]."
