Friends and family of Ike Chioke, CEO of leading wealth advisory firm, Afrinvest, gathered at Maison Fahrenheit in Victoria Island, Lagos yesterday to celebrate his darling wife as she turned the golden 50.
It was an evening of great fun, the highlight being the unveiling of Yvonne’s Charity Collection, featuring amazing designs by three promising Nigerian designers - Kehinde Opeloyeru, Opeoluwa Egbetayo and Alaba Etomi. Live music was provided by Veentage band.
The event was also used as an avenue to raise funds towards the rehabilitation of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in northeast Nigeria, as the designs showcased were put on sale with all proceeds to be channeled to IDPs. Donations can still be made to AUN (IDPs) FUND HELD BY FNNL through the Access Bank Account 0697396925.
Among the VIPs present were Senator Ben Murray Bruce, Ernest Ebi, former Deputy Governor, CBN; Larry Ettah, GMD, UAC Nigeria Plc; Eric Maydieu, Regional Director, PSA Peugeot Citroen; Kayode Akinkugbe, MD FBN Quest; and Dapo Oshinusi, MD Mansfield Energy.
